Making a text hyperlink in a post

First find the web page you want to link to. This can be on CCS or any other web site.





Highlight and copy the web address.





Type out your post and highlight the word or words that you want to appear as a link to the web page.





Click on the Link icon.





A popup window will appear.





Paste in the web address that you highlighted and copied previously and click on 'Insert'.





Your highlighted word or words will now be underlined (hyperlinked).
Click on 'Post Reply'.





Your post will appear with a text hyperlink.

 

If you can't see the full URL for the thread you want don't panic! These instructions will allow you to embed a link...

Try saying out loud "click" at the same time as you point. That should do it.

Yes, I do it with my cell phone.

 

It won't work on one of these though.
