Hard to find any info on this. Looks to be made by the Quartermaster Research & Engineering Command out of Natick, Mass. Called something else now. Looked it up earlier but forgot already. I thought of writing to them, to see if I could find anything else. EDIT: Now called the Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center, or NSRDEC. Edit to the edit: Then changed to the Combat Capabilities Development Command Soldier Center, or CCDC Soldier Center.
I noticed that on a few of the photos, it looks like it has masking tape, or some other kind of tape across the top of it:

That link has been posted a few times already, but thanks just the same, appreciate it. Totally, right? Happen to be at the right place at the right time. Very cool sir, thank you.
Is smaller than I would have thought, self pressurizing isn't it, super cool. I want one, what else is new. Get it going and post pictures!
Yeah, it is on the small side it seems. Still waiting for them to ship it, haha. Says I should have it by next Saturday.
I contacted the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center, formally known as Quartermaster Research & Engineering Command out of Natick, Mass, for any information they could provide me on this stove. Hopefully I'll hear something back.
Got this in. A few photos. I will take detailed photos at a later date, with measurements, fuel capacity, etc, and put it in the reference gallery. In case: Opened up: Out of case: Give you an idea of size, next to the Optimus 8R: Fueled it up, placed some denatured alcohol on the priming wick, and lit it up: Yep, she works: That familiar sound. I didn't let it run long, just enough for the video:
